At CenturaHeat, we aim to provide accurate, transparent information about product availability and lead times. This policy explains how we handle in-stock, pre-order, and made-to-order items to ensure customers know what to expect before purchasing.

1. In-Stock Products
Items marked as “In Stock” are held in our UK warehouse or fulfilment centre and are typically dispatched within 1 working day of order confirmation.
Delivery to most mainland UK addresses usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on courier capacity and location.
2. Pre-Order and Backorder Products
Products marked as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” are not currently in stock but are available to order.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page and are updated regularly based on supplier and shipping schedules.
Because these products rely on international manufacturing and import logistics, estimated dates are subject to change.
If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly and give you the choice to:
- Continue waiting for your order, or
- Cancel for a full refund.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Some products — particularly custom sauna builds — are made to order.
Lead times for these items vary based on design and manufacturing workload.
These items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
4. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products with different availability statuses, we may ship items together when all products are ready, or separately on request.
Additional delivery fees may apply for split shipments.
5. Stock Accuracy
We work hard to ensure all stock information is correct at the time of purchase. However, occasional discrepancies can occur due to simultaneous online and warehouse sales.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
