2. Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.
All payments must be made in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

Payment processing is handled securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once payment is received and cleared, your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion — for example, if there are pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other issues beyond our control.

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and issued a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in that case, please refer to our Cancellation Policy or Returns Policy for guidance.

4. Pricing and VAT

All prices shown on the website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

5. Product Availability and Lead Times

Products marked as In Stock are dispatched within one working day, subject to courier schedules.
Products marked as Pre-Order or Backorder display estimated delivery dates on the product page. These dates are updated regularly based on live supplier and logistics information.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.

6. Account Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
CenturaHeat is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from the sharing or mishandling of login details.

7. Warranty and Returns

All CenturaHeat products come with a standard warranty:
1 year on electrical components and 2 years on structural components.

Our full warranty, returns, and refund procedures are detailed in separate policy pages available on the website. Using the product in a way that differs from manufacturer instructions may void warranty coverage.

8. Product Assembly and Usage

Assembly instructions are supplied where required.
If a product is assembled incorrectly or used improperly, we cannot be held responsible for resulting faults or damage.
Customers should always follow the installation and operation guidance included with each product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oil Tanks Plus Limited (trading as CenturaHeat) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. This includes loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
