Does this sauna plug into a standard UK socket?
Yes. This 1350W infrared sauna is plug-and-play and is designed to connect to a standard 230V UK socket once assembled.

How hot does this infrared sauna get?
The adjustable operating range is 18–65°C, with a timer range of 1–99 minutes.

How long does it take to warm up?
Warm-up time varies with room temperature. As a general guide, when the surrounding temperature is about 10°C it can take around 15 minutes to reach 50°C.

How much electricity does it use?
The sauna is rated at 1350W (1.35kW). At full rated power it uses up to approximately 1.35kWh for each hour of operation. Your actual cost depends on your electricity tariff and how the heater cycles during the session.

Is the sauna delivered assembled?
No. It is supplied flat-packed with detailed assembly instructions. An optional professional assembly service is also available in covered areas.

What warranty is included?
The warranty is 1 year for electrical parts and 2 years for wooden parts.

What type of wood is used?
The cabin is made from Canadian Hemlock.

What is the EMF level?
The stated low-EMF output is below 0.3μT at 5cm from the heater.

Is mobile app control included?
Yes. Mobile app control is included with the control system. Setup and pairing instructions are available in the Controller App Guide in the Instructions section below.

What does the oxygen ionizer do?
The integrated ionizer is designed to refresh the air inside the cabin during use and is included with this model.

How should I care for the sauna?
Keep the cabin clean and dry, wipe down interior surfaces after use when needed, and allow the cabin to ventilate between sessions. Do not use steam-sauna water or stones with this infrared model.
