Shipping
1. Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No. We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) before being dispatched.
3. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next working day.
4. What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping to all mainland UK addresses.
Delivery to most locations takes 1–3 working days for in-stock items.
For pre-order or backorder items, estimated lead times are shown on each product page.
5. Do you provide tracking for shipments?
We do not currently provide automated tracking links. However, you can request a delivery update anytime by contacting our support team at info@centuraheat.co.uk or by calling 0333 041 3130.
Returns & Refunds
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
7. How do I initiate a return?
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@centuraheat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide full return instructions.
8. Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, CenturaHeat covers all return or collection costs.
9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Once issued, it may take 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Custom-made or made-to-order items
Used or opened items (for hygiene reasons, e.g., ice baths)
Gift items
11. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Email info@centuraheat.co.uk with your order number, photos, or video showing the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
12. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
