Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging as received.
  • You must initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must include your order confirmation or packing slip.
  • All returns are subject to our return policy terms below.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email info@centuraheat.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll confirm eligibility and email you a free return label.
  3. Pack the Item: Return items in original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
  4. Mail It Back: Attach the label and schedule a pickup.
  5. Refund Confirmation: We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  6. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Used or opened items are not eligible for refund.
  • Made-to-order or customised items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item, except in cases of defect or order error.
  • Gift items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@centuraheat.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Prefer a different item? We recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order once your return has been processed.
