Refund Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging as received.
- You must initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must include your order confirmation or packing slip.
- All returns are subject to our return policy terms below.
How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: Email info@centuraheat.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Receive Return Instructions: We’ll confirm eligibility and email you a free return label.
- Pack the Item: Return items in original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
- Mail It Back: Attach the label and schedule a pickup.
- Refund Confirmation: We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Used or opened items are not eligible for refund.
- Made-to-order or customised items are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item, except in cases of defect or order error.
- Gift items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@centuraheat.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Prefer a different item? We recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order once your return has been processed.
