How much does it cost to run a sauna?
The cost of running a sauna depends on its wattage and how long you use it. Our saunas typically range from 2kW to 10kW. On average, running a sauna for an hour can cost between £0.50 and £2.50. Please refer to this Electricity cost calculator for more information.

What warranties do you carry on the saunas?
Our warranty term is: 1 Year for electric parts, 2 Years for wooden parts.

Are the Saunas easy to assembly/Install?
All our saunas come with Assembly Instructions which are easy and detailed. Saunas are assembled together using buckles/clamps with some screwing involved.
For Infrared Light saunas, the sauna can be plugged into any standard outlet in the house. For traditional steam saunas, the power needs to be connected to the mains of the house by an electrician.

How hot does the sauna get and how hot does the steam get?
For traditional steam saunas, the heat time and temperature can set by control panel is: 0-90mins and 18-99 degrees Celsius. For Infrared Saunas, the maximum temperature is 65 degrees Celsius.
- When is the right time to add water to the sauna stones?To ensure optimal performance and to avoid potential damage, only add water once the sauna stones have reached the appropriate temperature. This heat level is necessary to properly vaporize the water, creating the ideal steam environment.
- Why shouldn’t I add water before the stones are hot?Adding water to cold or warm stones can cause inefficient steam production, leading to a less satisfying sauna experience. In some cases, this may even damage the heating elements or stones, reducing the lifespan of your sauna heater.
- How can I tell if the stones are hot enough?The stones should feel intensely hot when you bring your hand near them (without touching!). Many sauna heaters also feature a temperature gauge to help you monitor the heat levels. Wait until the gauge reads at least 300°F before adding water.
- What type of water should I use?Use clean, distilled water when possible. Tap water with high mineral content may cause buildup on the stones and heater over time, affecting performance.

Are there any precautions I need to take like anti-mould?
If the sauna is placed in a very humid area, try to keep it dry. otherwise, no need do any precaution.

What size cable does this need for its supply?
For 3000W saunas, you would need at least 2.5mm size power input wire. For 4500W saunas, you would need at least 4mm power input wire.

Would an RCD be needed for the steam sauna?
Yes, a REC protection from the board would be needed. Please talk to your local electrician for details.

Is it delivered assembled?
No, the sauna is delivered dissembled and flat packed. Assembly is simple and easy with assemble videos or 3D manual.

How long does it take to heat up once you turn it on?
When the external environment temperature is 10 degrees Celsius, it takes about 15 minutes to heat up to 50 degrees Celsius, and about 30 minutes to heat up to 70 degrees Celsius.
